The Last Lake is a one-act play written and directed by Emmy-award nominee, James Best. Due to the constraints and shelter-in-place orders of COVID-19, all involved in the production worked and performed over Zoom. In fact, the show opened and performed to more than 250 individuals via Zoom in late May, 2020. The performance was recorded to be archived here for audiences to continue to enjoy.
The Last Lake is the story of two, old friends. So comfortable with one another they don’t need to face each other to speak…and, yet, they have some infinity to discuss.
