this is a prayer…
This is a story of two pandemic pregnancies, 100 years apart, and the path that led to each.
This is a collaboration between a poet great-grandmother and her poet great-granddaughter, who at age 36, each found themselves pregnant with their fourth and final baby during a time of intense uncertainty.
This is a genealogy.
This is a prayer. —Adrienne Cardon, 2020
